We loved this hotel! Right in the middle of everything. Beautiful rooms, good restaurant and walking distance to shopping and sight seeing. We’re already planning a trip back. Staff were very kind to us when we showed up hungry and exhausted. They booked a table at the restaurant and got us to our rooms very quickly.

Good location clean room. Shower was a bit slow needed more power. AC didn’t work to good. But overall a good stay.

Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town.
