We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

The arrival welcome from all the staff is excellent; the room is very nice, and breakfast is the best. I will recommend to everyone. I could love to come back this hotel again next year
