Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The decore and the amenities are superb. We visit 5 star hotels across Europe, Asia, and America, and this is arguably one of the most beautiful hotel. With that said, I’ve seen better club lounges before. However, the staff needs an improvement. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is extra kind and nice and helpful. But there is a significant lack of efforts for explaining the property and services. We were not given any information for the onsen, gym, pool, spa, and the fantastically beautiful restaurant that was on the other side of the building. We only stumbled upon it on our last day after checking out. We also had to discover the onsen through the TV guide. We wondered whether this was because we only speak English and the facility was still working on the English manual, but I ran into Japanese guests who had trouble finding the onsen door so I ended up helping them through body language. I’ve had better information access from 3 star hostels in Europe, which is a shame bc the hotel has so much to offer.

아주 깨끗하고 준비가 잘 된 호텔이라는 느낌을 받았습니다. 다만 1층 로비에 간단한 웰컴드링크(레몬수라도) 있으면 좋겠다는 생각은 들었습니다.

まだオープン間もなくホテルそのものも素敵ですが、ホスピタリティーも素晴らしく、大変心地良い時を過ごさせて頂きました。 天空のプールはインフィニティーで街を見下ろせ空を泳いでる気分に、夜は まるで 羽毛に優しく包まれてるかのような気持ち良いガウンを着てベットに入ると、雲の上にいるような気分に。 朝食も美味しく、極上の休日を過ごさせていて頂き感謝です。 唯一残念だったのは 最上階でのディナーの予約が取れなかったことです。 次回は是非 ディナーにも行ってみたいです。

역과 거리가 좀 있으나 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다

일찍 도착하였지만, 프론트 직원이 친절하게 응대하여 마음 편하게 머물수 있었습니다. 조식도 훌륭한 편이어서 가족여행으로도 추천합니다.
