I spent 4 nights here in September 2026, and I was very impressed with the room and staff.
The room was perfectly quiet (double glazed), with comfortable amenities including coffee/teas/water daily.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
I will be returning here for my next trip to HK.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary .
We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special.
The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors.
The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain !
The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings.
Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel.
