Cleanliness should be #1 priority. I know the Hotel was no longer in pristine condition compared to 10yrs ago when I first checked in and experienced staying in your hotel but I noticed that the hallways& the rooms are not clean dust every where it triggers my allergy.

Room is very clean & tidy. Pillows and comforters are in good condition. Elevator & hallway are well-kept. The whole hotel is very impressive & neat. One area that could be improved is front staff. They are not welcoming. They don't smile or acknowledge guests passing by... They are courteous but faintly aloof. The bellhop/ person standing at the door is friendlier than front staff. The housekeeper is helpful than front staff. Another to be improved is the laundry service. It would be better if it is complimentary, an added amenities to attract tourist to choose Evergreen Laurel Hotel Taipei.

MRT is just round the corner so very easy to get to any part of taipei and about 2 stops from Beimen station for access to the airport express train. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

Very pleasant friendly staff. Good compact room. Typical Asian tub, maybe smaller than most.

I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Room 1012 was superb. Breakfast was great and hotel is within walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride to Taipei Main Station.

Very night breakfast and good location . The downside is not provided enough toiletries especially toorbrush and toothpaste cuz they offer you to buy at their vending machine.. lol

Absolutely incredible hotel. Room was super spacious, beautiful and amazingly comfortable bed and linen. Bath and separate shower. Breakfast (included in my price) is MIND BLOWING. It's too hard to explain - but they have Movenpick ice cream buffet, noodle station, hot food (i.e. mains style), eggs, crispy bacon, charcuterie station, fresh sour dough that you cut yourself, pastries, dessert pastries, cheese - EVERYTHING you can dream off. Served in the most beautiful luxurious dining room. (check out the bathrooms connected to the dining room). My room also included the salon, amazing convenience. I could sit in a beautiful spacious room, where I was served freshly made tea. They had a great selection of snacks and also had wine, beer, spirits to self help. I also managed to use the gym every morning, a really great selection of equipment and there was plenty for anyone that wanted to exercise. Had I known the hotel also had a 3 Micheline star restaurant, I would've tried to make a reservation to eat, but alas it was CNY and fully booked. HIGHLY recommend, worth every dollar!
