We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Family room with Lake view. Clean room, also spot clean bathroom, great view from the balcony. Children loved the bunkbed, and we loved our bed, too. Too nice to just stay one night. Wished they had more English channels to watch on TV.

Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.
