Clean room, just very warm and stuffy. Air con turned on as low as it went but rooms were still very warm. Good WiFi and amenities in the room.

Great rooms, great staff, Matterhorn views at breakfast (which was good too!), well located close to the train station and a 20min walk to the Matterhorn Express ski lift! The hot tub and pool were pretty basic, but that would be the only down side. I’d consider staying at this hotel again.
