"They obviously don’t enforce the ‘no smoking’ in rooms policy. Our room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke when we arrived. It took hours of airing out the room with the windows wide open to get rid of it. Not ideal for a family stay…"

"Room very small despite booking a comfort double. Was informed by email that car parking was only available for part of our stay and we'd be advised on arrival. However, on arrival told no car parking booked. Good selection for breakfast. Central location."
