5 star for everything. Immaculate and the breakfasts were to die for. Wish they kept the brekkie service to 1pm as they're so many lunch things

Solo traveller and very disappointed at this 5* hotel. While at times the staff were pleasant, they also make the guests feel like we are going to take the towels, umbrellas, dressing gowns....... the amount of checking, signing and following up was just ridiculous. The cash deposit required doesn't make sense as you get it back but they don't have credit card details for incidentals.
Breakfast was average, same bland food daily with no changes.
Overall, more a 3.5* - 4* experience, definitely not a 5* experience.
