My wife forgot her watch in the room, I emailed and never heard back. I stopped and room service claimed nothing was left behind. I will not be using bai hotel again!

My husband and I like access to the beach, the breakfast buffet, and staff friendliness. The room is immaculate, beautifully laid out while the bed is very comfortable.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Place was great. Staff was fantastic. They are very helpful, very attentive and polite. We will definitely stay in here again when we go back.

Personalized service provided by all staff members and quality of food was excellent. Boutique hotel size with a beautiful terrace and a private beach. A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. We arrived after a long flight and needed a place to acclimate and to rest and are more than happy to have selected this hotel. The hotel does offer tours in the area. In a world of hotel chains this unique hotel is a refreshing option and a great value for the product offered.
