I have stayed at MGM Grand 10 or more times, so I’m never disappointed, but I was this trip The hotel needs to go back to the old way of handling taxies and transportation for guests. Making guest walk a mile through an underground mall and underground garage to get a taxi is ridiculous!! The way the hotel used to handle taxis was much better and it was in hotel guests’ best interests. Nobody benefits with the way they are currently handle taxies and transportation.
