Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

This was our first time staying at Bellagio and it will not be our last. The resort is beautiful and clean. Our room had a fountain view and was simply gorgeous! We had dinner at Prime Steakhouse house, everything was amazing, the cocktails, food and service were absolutely fantastic!!! Enjoyed swimming in the pool. My wife’s absolute favorite part of all is the conservatory!! Highly recommend staying at Bellagio!! It’s a truly beautiful property!!
