I had stayed at this hotel several times in the past and had very good experiences, so this time I returned with my family. Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, and initially felt disappointed by the lack of sincerity in the staff’s responses, we ultimately left with good memories thanks to the courteous and genuine assistance of Duty Manager Narida Puangrua.
