It's in a convenient part of downtown Chicago. Very walkable. There wasn't really a "complimentary breakfast" per se because it was only fruit for grabs and small items to buy, but the tea and coffee were complimentary, and the staff was nothing short of helpful when it came to preparing tea and coffee at any time of day or night. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience in this hotel.

Room was very small, and housekeeping never came to clean our room even though we requested it. We were there for 3 nights. Also the AC was not working properly and the room got super hot towards the end of our stay. Room itself was fairly clean when we got there. Overall not a great experience.
