Staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. All be it a little too hot when we arrived. We couldn't control the temperature from the room but a staff member managed to help from reception.

The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat.
