Check in was smooth, staff very helpful. Room was fantastic! Bed was comfortable. The pool was amazing as was the breakfast buffet! I highly recommend Hotel Julen!

This is a fabulous spot and super well located to Zermatt village. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only note here would be if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle from the late night noise from the club across the street. I’d still absolutely stay here again though :)
