Positives- Area well situated walking distance to tube, Borough market etc.
Negatives- hotel not fit for summer no A/C, at least they provided a fan but you have to request it. Suggestion have ice machines available each floor. Good news they will provide bucket of ice but need to get at restaurant everyday.

Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service.
I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy.
