Fantastic staff, super nice and spacious room with elegant furniture and a superb bathroom, cool bar lounge in the lobby and relaxing SPA area on 3rd floor - all very tidy and clean - couldn't be any better. I will definitely come back soon...

Chambre très grande, juste à côté de la gare, très bien desservi pour aller sur Cologne. Literie parfaite. Petit déjeuner convenable et personnel très gentil souriant.

Not impressed
Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there ...
