Rooms were clean and bright, Staff was Excellent…. Didn’t matter if it was front desk, restaurant, or maintenance. Breakfast as well any meal was well portioned and reasonable. Room ac was so cold that a couple of times I just turned it off. The only problem I had was with the TV. It would not stay connected to the WiFi.

The room was amazing. Especially the special request I made to accommodate the surprise anniversary celebration for my girlfriend the staff surpassed me expectations. Thank you for the wonderful stay I will definitely miss it.

I booked to stay here for three nights. But only stayed one night. And I wouldn't have stayed that night if I could have arranged other accommodation, but it was to late in the evening. After this hotel messed us around.
This hotel is certainly not a 5 star hotel, more like a three star. Rooms are very dated, and mine was dangerous. Faulty electrics with wires exposed. It took them three goes to get my door keys to work. Its very slap dash. Just like the staff. Not helpful at all. And the manager was rude and unhelpful.
I've stayed in a few Movenpick hotels in the past. But I certainly would never stay in one again after this experience.
