It’s one of the best hotels. It’s close to the airport, the lounge food is absolutely delicious, and the restaurant is very refined and tasty as well. We were extremely comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.

The room size and amenities were excellent. The bathtub was large and the shower was very good.

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

This place was beautiful. The property is stunning with flowers everywhere and the beach is spectacular. It is also within walking distance to the gala down the road for more restuarant options. Absolutely would come back here again. This place is just amazing.

Great views! The hotels and rooms are ready for a refresh! We also gad to pay additional fees to the hotel for our free kid. Would rather stay at the sister hotel at the beach, which was simpler and newer. Also

Our all time favourite hotel The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, clean and soft bedsheets and towels without the usual bleach smell you may smell in hotel towels / sheets. The attention to detail is applaudable. Don’t miss the buffet breakfast too, the spread and quality is one of the best around. It’s my 5th stay already and i still can’t wait to be back again.
