Cleaning crew nice and good people other than that this place isn’t all that for the price to ridiculous

Very large room, it was comfortable and perfect location from Disney sea, breakfast was amazing

The primarily selected this hotel because of the proximity to the Shinagawa train station however, the hike up to the station is good 10 to 15 minutes and it’s uphill you can take the shuttle from a Sister hotel, which is right across from Shinagawa station and the shuttle leaves every 20 minutes. The rooms were OK. They placed too many beds in there and rooms are dated some of it not very clean from inside. They had some good amenities the lobby areas has good ambience, but if I were to stay again, I would choose a different hotel, which would be more efficient in terms of transporting to the train station and I would stay at Tokyo Station if possible, which is centrally located from everywhere
