good base for exploring Merano
"Good location for Merano 2000 cable car and botanical gardens. It is 3k from Merano centre and while there is a bus taking the car was more convient for us, parking on edge of town. The hotel itself is part of camping hermitage, which seems to be main focus. The hotel could use some re-imagining. ..."

Not a wellness hotel..as promoted
"Arrived on arrival day at 7pm. the guy at front desk looked at me as if he has seen a gost!!! he was nervous and unexperienced. Told me we did not have a reservationa. I showed him the booking with Expedia and then he say...well you are lucky we have a room for you. and he left to prepare the room ..."
