"Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS!
