Great food options on rotation for breakfast. Staff were very nice and offered a complimentary ride back to the airport with a 3 nights or more stay there, which we didn’t know about. The extra work put into the decor for our room to celebrate one of our birthdays was very cute and appreciated.

The only small criticism was that there was a dog barking across the street constantly for a couple of nights, not that this the hotels' fault.

This was my.fsvorite hotel stay my entire trip in Vietnam! The location is convenient to walk to old town. The staff were incredible and attentive to your every need. Hotel rooms were pristine clean and a good size. The rooftop pool was an amazing place to watch the sunrise and set. 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Hoi An or DaNang!

Delicious breakfast - especially the granola bar and coffee
Very good restaurant with an international menu and large wine selection
The Onsen spa is amazing, equipped with hot tub, sauna, steam room and cold plunge

Was in a good area. A/C actually dripped all over the floor. Obviously a big problem in the room I was assigned as the wall around it had damp issues. Felt unwell when the A/C was operating, so switched it off. Only stayed 1 night. Wouldn't use hotel again.
