Very bad check-in experience. The man at the front desk looks not happy, his tone was full of impatience.

first time to stay at Grand Hi Lai Hotel, Front desk is very helpful and nice. I'm very happy that the hotel is willing to meet my request.

Very clean and well maintained property, run by very helpful staffs. We always stay here when we come to Tainan to visit families. The first night we were here one of the kid has motion sickness and the staff came to clean the room right away and was very accommodating. We really appreciate it. Their buffet breakfast also is great and has many variety to chopse from. The only thing is the hotel does not have an indoor pool and the kids play room and the gym is limited.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The view to the mountain was amazing. The natural hot spring was great. Too bad the gym opens at 10AM. The dinner buffet was a little overpriced for what you get. Overall, a great hotel I would I visit again.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff, the restaurants and the location. Perfect place to stay. Close to both LRT and MRT.

A beautiful property. Spacious, modern guest rooms. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Travel to the Anping attractions and into Tainan via UBER was convenient and inexpensive. I would gladly stay there again.

Great property and location in the old part of the city. Nicely renovated rooms with great beds up to western standards.

Very good location near the MRT. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The market behind the hotel sells clothing with reasonable prices.
