Great hotel in a great location. I had a view of the river and the city. The room was a good size and I had no issues with noise. Check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, bed large and bathroom perfect. Highly recommend staying here. Only 5 to 10 min walk from the station.

Huge room with massage chair, amenities were fantastic and really enjoyed the hot spring and private bath. Location is very convenient, right next to the shopping street and less than 5 mins walk from the pier.

Beautiful hotel, scenery and wonderful staff.

Breakfast was just okay, very underwhelming compared to the reviews. Fish was pretty gross both days which you’d think would be hard to do in Japan. One of the buffet days I had some Indian receptionist bossing me around. Foyer is nice but rooms are old and gaudy. Will not stay again. Just stay at MONday or even APA or dormy inn if you’d like a ryokan. All three have better service.

Hotel was clean and modern, close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. There was a fee for breakfast, which ended up being only 2 pre-prepared options: yogurt or egg sandwich.
