Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice area nearby shops and lots of things to do

This is a very good hotel with a great view of the Skytree. The staff are polite, the rooms are clean, and the location is convenient. If you stay in an executive-level room, you can enjoy free drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t turn on the air conditioning in winter, so if your room faces west, it can get a bit too warm.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, except the sofa in the room didn’t seem clean. There were a lot of stains on it. Excellent location!

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

We loved it. A perfect stay when flying in internationally after a long flight.

The lobby is gorgeous, the staff are incredible and great communicators. The room itself is on the smaller side, decor and furniture appears to be older but extremely well maintained and very clean. Opening up the balcony door helped make things feel a bit more spacious for 3 people in a room this size. Otherwise, easy access to Shinkansen from the hotel. Limo bus from Narita drops off right at the front of the hotel but I didn’t use the airport shuttle. Didn’t get to explore too much of the surrounding area except nearby 24/7 7-11 and food court/halls. The hotel 7-11 does close late at night. I really liked the surrounding but I might choose something closer to a Yamanote line stop next time.

Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better.

Location is excellent for public transportation, shopping, great food, and tourist attractions. The property itself is nice and clean, staff were helpful and amenities were appropriately provided, but the surrounding area is too close to the red light district for my preference. I felt safe most of the time walking around the neighborhood at night with my husband, though. I did not see much police presence even though there was a ton of people on the weekend. The room was very clean and the cleaning was spotless everyday, but I smelled a bit of foul odor from the bathroom at times… probably the sewer is old? Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our trip thoroughly.

The photos on the website do not do this hotel justice, my room was so much nicer than is shown in the photos. The room isn’t huge but to be honest how much bigger does it need to be, you’re not moving in. The room has everything you need, comfy bed, fridge, kettle, somewhere to hang your clothes and a hot shower. The location is great right in the heart of Asusaka making everything walkable, tourist information and a 24hr connivence are opposite. There is an express train stop around the corner and the Ginza line is about 10 minutes walk. The staff in the hotel are really helpful and took the time to answer every question asked and if it was directions showed it on a map. Having the dining area available from 11am with access to microwaves and free teas and coffees was a nice touch. The one thing i would say is please add directions to the hotel, everywhere i looked and even when i messaged the hotel i was just given the Metro line to take and which exit to use but once I came out of the exit I had no idea if i went left or right and i took me way longer than it needed to find the hotel.
