Very central hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The communal areas are lovely and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms need a bit of TLC. Scuffed floors, chipped woodwork, chips in the bathroom basin. They just need a bit of attention to detail. The pillows are very small and extremely soft so it's worth asking the staff at reception for more supportive, ergonomic pillows. There are 2 thin single duvets on a double bed. No double duvets are available. There is a courtyard across the street that plays very loud music. It doesn't go on too late but if I had a baby or a young child, this would have been a problem. Even with the windows closed tight, it was still very loud. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with a central location. If they refreshed the rooms a bit, it would be great.

Very liveable room with a great use of space, the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the novelty of having to pull out the stairs to get to bed never got old. The sofa was comfy too, and the bathroom and shower were delightful. Very helpful staff, felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having the metro so close was really helpful too, as was having two supermarkets essentially next door.

The hotel was beautiful, but the room was smaller than pictured. Its location near the center of Copenhagen was incredibly convenient. While the bar area was pleasant, the drinks seemed expensive..

Nice, quiet place! Staff members are friendly and supportive.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms are small but that is European standard. The breakfast was delicious. The staff at breakfast were right on top of things. However, the service at the bar and restaurant at Dinner and later evening was slow. We waited almost an hour for our bill as we were having a nightcap. We asked three times for our bill. They probably needed more staff as the restaurant was open to the public as well.
