"Had a great trip to Mexico, hotel was clean, pools were great. Not all the entertainment was for me but lots of variety for everyone, games, activities, shows and music. My real negative with the Viva Maya was with the staff. Check in was slow 2 desks working, lots of paperwork and questions. Sadly I had an awful interaction with 2 of the staff Antonio and Meses. I really needed assistance one afternoon both were really unhelpful and rude. Antonio was threw his arms up at me and Meses told me...

"We went with 6 children we had the master suite 4 beds and 1 sofa bed , dinning table 3 bathroom the kids were super happy staff is friendly. With children what more can you ask for and price was in our budget."
