“The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. “There were so many restaurants in the property. However, the reservations 2 weeks in advance were needed for some famous restaurants. We didn’t get to go to those ones (e.g., Fish, Nobu, etc.). Everything else was excellent!”

“The property had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. My only complaint is that they should have more beach loungers, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. But other than that is was great!”

“I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances.
