“Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf in Varnsdorf! Het hotel lag centraal tegenover de plaatsen die we wilden bezoeken. Heel net en fijn hotel, alles netjes, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De handdoeken werden zelfs dagelijks ververst terwijl wij dit zelf niet echt nodig vonden. Verzorgd, gevarieerd en lekker ontbijt gedurende de ganse week. Aanrader!”

“We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on...

“Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, einen sehr schönen Park. Alles rundherum ist gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber sehr sauber mit Dusche, Haartrockner und Seife am Waschbecken sowie Hair&Bodyshampoo in der Dusche, Marke: „Castelwood Hotels“. Die Zimmer im Anbau haben eine ebenerdige kleine Terrasse oder im 1.OG einen Balkon. Es gibt einen Fernseher und WLAN. Leider gibt es im Zimmer keinen Minikühlschrank oder Wasserkocher. “The hotel looks charming and has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was good, the room was nice. We enjoyed the sauna. Because it’s in the center, there are restaurants nearby. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is nice as well. The only thing I didn’t know beforehand is that you have to pay for parking, since it’s on a public square. But we were out and about most of the days, so it didn’t cost us much. I would recommend this hotel. ”

“Zeer mooie kamer , heel vriendelijk personeel, praktisch gelegen tussen de stad en het skigebied en vlakbij een shoppingcenter, maar wel aan een drukke baan. Het ontbijt was fantastisch goed. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen .”

“Sehr schöne, urige Baude auf dem Berggipfel mit Außenterrasse. Sensationeller Rundumblick. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service (auf der Terrasse ist Selbstbedienung) trotz Hochbetrieb. Das Essen am Abend war schmackhaft. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Zimmer sind einfach und funktional. Es gibt Gemeinschaftstoiletten und eine Gemeinschaftsdusche. Das muss man mögen, aber alles war sehr sauber. Für einen Kurzzeitaufenthalt ist es durchaus zu empfehlen.”

“I did not enjoy my stay in Hotel Radnice much. In my opinion, the property is a bit “past it´s expiry date”. To me the equipment seemed old, felt like a trip back to 80’s. Breakfeast was poor, not much to choose from, coffee not particularly tasty. I did not feel like dining in a 4 star hotel. Overall, to me the hotel is a mediocre 3 star, not 4 star at all. I was dissapointed - the cost/benefit ratio was not met for me at all.”

“A bit worn out and the beds are too soft. But the location is fantastic and the Art Nouveau lift alone is worth the stay :-) The breakfast is average but correct value for the money. Super friendly and helpful staff, from night receptionist to cleaning ladies.”
