“Love the old world charm. Rooms were big and well furnished, and while things were neat and linen was clean, the actual place could use a good scrub and airing as there was lots of dust and dampness. The free continental breakfast consisted of mostly-empty cereal jars and no milk. However, it was great for our one night stay, fitting all 6 of us in the master suite with (it's only one) adjoining room. We particularly enjoyed a family pool tournament!”

“We were the only the guests at the time, which meant we had a bedroom, lounge and dining all to ourselves. Margaret is the perfect host - warm and welcoming and completely unintrusive. The decor is classic federation style, all beautifully maintained, but also with modern air-conditioning - we were warm and toasty both inside and out!”

“This was a great place to stay - quite central especially if you like feeding ducks or doing other great things that Orange has to offer...and it has a lot to offer. The owners were friendly and respectful of my privacy. They let me arrive several hours early, without notice and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Room was great.
