조용하고 직원들이 매우 친절함. 셔틀미니 밴 이용할 수 있어서 엄첨 편리했음. 다만 현관 출입문 키를 카드로 교체하면 더 좋을것 같음.

Best hotel in Luangprabang

I was so satisfied with this hotel and absolutely recommend this hotel to all. Room condition, Breakfast, staffs and all service was fantastic. Lastly I'd like to thank Mr.Khamphanh for his great support and kindness!

직원들은 전반적으로 친절했으나 룸이나 욕실 위생상태는 좋지 않았어요. 그리고 위치가 타운과 너무 멀어서 불편했습니다. 그러나 셔틀이 있어서 밤에는 셔틀을 이용했어요

빌라형식의 숙소로 분위기가 너무 좋아요~ 루앙프라방 시내에서는 십분정도 떨어져있지만 호텔버스로 오갈수 있어서 괜찮아요~ 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 직원들도 너무 친절하셔서 완전 만족해요!! 특히 조식이 매우 훌륭합니다!!

갑자기 예약했는데 가격대비 너무 좋았어요 ~!! 조식도 맛있고. 다만 뜨거운물만 거의 나와서 더웠지만 이가격에 정말 추천합니다

Amazing food (million thx, chef) Nice staff in general, but two of them was very stiff and rude Spa was okay, but doesnt seem very professional Great view, convenient shuttle bus system Drain in shower room smelled awful though Willing to visit again this winter :)

지쳤던 여행일정에 휴식을 위해 묵은 숙소였는데 시설도 잘 되어있고 라오스의 여타 호텔들보다 청결하고 좋았습니다 수영도 즐기고 휴식 잘 취했습니다 근데 생각보다 수영장이 사진보다 크진 않았고 아침식사와 서비스 측면은 훌륭했습니다

Room condition and swimming pool view was so fantastic !!!!! Service also nice all step is kind The hotel is not close to night market but you could use free shuttle bus.

너무 좋았던 키리다라!!

최고로 푹신한 침대와 온수가 충분하게 나오는 욕탕덕에 컨디션도 완전 회복하고 너무 좋았음. 깔끔하고 맛있는 조식과 안락한 수영장도 베리굿..!

빌라의 위치가 야시장과도 멀지 않아 걸어다닐수 있고 호텔 수영장 뷰도 너무 좋음. 조식서비스도 훌륭함.

직원분들도 친절하시고 영어도 잘하셔서 소통하는데 불편함이 없었고 제가 빌라를 빌려서 호텔과 떨어져 있었는데 호텔에 야외풀장을 이용할수 있도록 픽업도 무료로해주시고 정말 대우받는 느낌을 많이 받아서 좋았습니다.

친절하고 깨끗합니다

나이트 마켓이 있는 시내에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만 원할때마다 셔틀서비스를 해줘서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 사진이랑 동일하게 객실도 깔끔하고 아침 10시 반까지 즐기는 조식은 다양한 메뉴에서 선택 가능하며 한사람이 여러 메뉴를 시켜도 친절하게 서빙해 줍니다. 다시 루왕프라방을 간다면 여기 또 머무르고 싶습니다.

친절한 직원들이 좋은 여행의 추억을 만들어주었네요

루앙프라방 시내에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 시내까지 셔틀이용이 가능해서 큰 불편함은 없습니다 오히려 조용히 휴식할 수 있어 장점으로 작용했습니다. 아침부폐 깔끔하게 나옵니다. 저녁때마다 저렴한가격에 프로모션 메뉴를 야외에서 즐길수 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 호텔메니져가 아침마다 투숙객들을 챙기는 모습니도 보기 좋더군요.

1. 가격대비 시설과 서비스가 우수함. 수영장, 음식서비스, 객실청소 서비스(하루에 두번씩 치우고 가심 ㅠ) 등 2. 시내까지 셔틀 이용. 자전거를 대여해주기도 하지만 기본적으로 언제든 전화하면 와주는 셔틀~ 3. 10만원 정도 하는 스파마사지도 가격 대비 훌륭. 4. 직원들이 영어를 잘 하진 못하지만 최선을 다하는 모습

Peaceful oasis

We had a fabulous time staying at the Kiridara.The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the room spacious, airy, & very comfortable, the location great (with an on-demand shuttle service), and the restaurant was excellent (particularly the breakfast, which includes both buffet and menu service!). Overall, couldn't recommend highly enough!

An absolutely beautiful hotel and staff. The location was superb, even though it is 1.3km from the town centre (which is totally walkable, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from town if you need it). I spent a week here, a couple of days just lazing by the fantastic infinity pool staring over the city views. Breakfasts were great and catered for everything, so were dinners in the restaurant, even though I ate in town most of the time at the markets. Staff were brilliant, cannot complain. I'd stay here again.

Praktischer Shuttle-Service, ringhörige Zimmer

Zimmer: Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse und war sauber. Es waren allerdings zu wenige Haken für Tücher vorhanden. Das Bett war gut, die Kissen jedoch zu weich. Insgesamt war es eher dunkel. Je nach Position des Zimmers sind andere Hotelgäste oder Nachbarn zu hören, da weder die Türe noch die Fenster viel Lärm absorbieren. Personal: Grundsätzlich ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. An der Rezeption arbeiten je nach Schicht jedoch auch Mitarbeiter, mit denen die Kommunikation aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse nicht immer einfach war und unsere Wünsche entsprechend nicht immer aufgenommen werden konnten. Angebot: Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service in die Stadt an, was besonders abends immer sehr praktisch war. Der Fahrer hat uns auch immer stets pünktlich an unserem Wunschort abgeholt.

Mon dieu qui peut évaluer cette hotel a 4,7 je comprends vraiment pas je me suis fait avoir par la note une fois sur place c’était une horreur il yavais des grosse fourmis de partout dans la chambre le lit etc sachant que je voyager avec un bébé de 7mois c’était très dangereux pour lui sans parler des moustiques et le Sol très glissant fallait faire super gaffe manque d’hygiène dans la salle de bain et le lavabo a fini par se boucher juste après mettre laver les mains je comprends pas les gens qui note ces hôtels pour 75 euro la nuit mentionné 4 étoiles mais en vrai il s’agit d’un 2 étoile max en france ayant fait le pullman et le sofitel 5 étoile il s’agit bien de leur 5 étoile et 4 mais ne vous attendez pas au luxe dun 4 étoiles il font seulement facturer le prix d’un hôtel haut de gamme avec le service et équipement d’un 2 étoile bref je ne recommande vraiment pas rien n’est adapté au bébé ni le l’hôtel ni la chambre il nya pas de lit bébé ni rien la seul chose qui était bien c’est le personnel extrêmement gentil faudra que les gérant des hôtels se bouge pour rénover leur vieux hôtel au lieux de faire payer les nuit extrêmement cher pour se retrouver dans un lieux délabrés et pour finir le petit-déjeuner c’était 2 pancakes et un jus concentré de boite bref plus jamais ici et je ne recommande pas
