“Hotel quality is too good for quality of employees. As I know Hotel clerks are there to support customer, not to force customer into their rules. Keeping their principle is good but the principle is should be in favor of visitor not their facility. ”

“Best hotel in Eilat for a calm quality retreat. Direct access to the seashore, generous breakfast, next to the coral reef, quietter area of Eilat. Small downside - limitted free parking and no meals option after the breakfast. I will return to the place”

“Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend. Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement.”
