“I received a warm welcome to the property from the owner, who had prepared a crib for my toddler in advance. The place was spotless and cozy, with a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings. My brother drove me and my aecond half and bb to Eilat, and the owner kindly offered to accommodate him as well if he decided to stay. It is an amazing place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I would love to come back again! ”

“The apartment is large & comfortable. The pool is not functioning, & since many guests already reported that, it i time to say - NO POOL . cleaning was not at the expected level - hair in the bath. ”

“No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....

“Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. The Studios themselves are quite spacious and they all come with a kitchen, which is good for people like me who can't eat everything. Downstairs...

“The host - a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing. The house and pool were cleaned to a professional level in advance of our arrival. Customer service couldn't have been better. We shorted an appliance somehow and the host fixed it while we were out - in less than an hour - and apologized to us for the inconvenience. His commitment reminded me of the professionalism at Ritz Carlton hotels.”

“The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. “Hotel quality is too good for quality of employees. As I know Hotel clerks are there to support customer, not to force customer into their rules. Keeping their principle is good but the principle is should be in favor of visitor not their facility. ”
