"체크인할때 예약이 안되어있다며 확인하는데 너무 오래걸려서 일단 첫 인상부터 별로였는데 객실을 가서 보니 침구랑 수건도 냄새도 나고 식기 건조되어있는 곳에 거미줄도 쳐있고, 방에 개미도 있고, 수영장도 옆에 계곡물을 끌어올리는 것 같았는데 부유물이 너무 많이 떠있는 고인 물같아서 걱정스러웠고 놀이터는 너무 낡고 관리안되서 위험해보이기까지 했네요 겨우 하루 버티고 일찍 퇴실했어요"

"We enjoyed our stay a lot! The landowner was really a nice person. He welcomed us with a warm heart! The place was cozy, nice, and clean. We booked the "bird's sound" room, which was huge! Easy parking. Calm and quiet surroundings. It felt like amid a small forest! Highly recommend this pension if you are visiting either Danyang or Kangwon-Yeongwol area! "청결에 신경쓰지 않는 아저씨들끼리 단합대회 겸하여 가는 것이 아니라면, 등록된 사진만 보고 가족여행 또는 연인간 여행의 숙소로 묵기엔 돈이 아까운 곳입니다. 체크인 했더니 아직 치워지지 않은 이전 투숙객의 흔적들, 전화기 위에 박재된 듯 앉아 있는 파리 사체, 방안 구석구석 끼어있는 벌레 사체들, 침구에 짜부러져 붙어있는 각다귀 사체, 언제부터 침입하였는지 모를 살아서 기어다니는 벌레들까지 '청결'과는 거리가 먼 곳이었습니다. 그리고 관리자이신지 모르지만, 바베큐를 위해 숯불 좀 더 넣어달랬더니 궁시렁대는 것이 참 일하기 싫어하는구나 싶었습니다. 결국 어머니가 이 모든 것이 너무 마음에 안 드셨던지 다음날 아침 일찍 나가자 하셔서 11시 이전에 쫓기듯 나온 안 좋은 기억만 남았습니다."

"this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons. the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options. Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future."
