"Tiny towels supplied and had to ask for them. The room smelled like a gym locker but the smell might have been from the clothes steam closet. Something needed to be cleaned inside there. No dishwashing detergent provided. Mold in the showers. Stains on the bedding. Ample room for ski equipment but needed a second drying rack. Beds were a nice design. Floor heat worked well. Get the mountain-view room so that youโre not over a busy parking lot. Nice skiing and family activities. The price was too...

"Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!"
