"This was our first visit to the hotel and we were very impressed. Driving up to the hotel through the golf course showed the size of the hotel and leisure facilities. Check-in and the room ( we had a family room) were as you would expect. We tried the golf range and shooting which were very enjoyable. Breakfast was also very tasty and plenty of choice. "Great location, right in front of the beach and east access to everything within the centre of Llandudno. The room was a great size, plenty of space. We weren't advised about having to pre-book a parking space at the hotel so we'd to find spaces out front or in a side street. There were spaces so not too stressful. The lift is very snug and corridors very narrow to rooms. Our room was facing the beach and under the main bar / restaurant area. We were woken up 5am to loud music coming from...

"When we opened the bathroom door, we noticed part of the ceiling had collapsed. They offered us a different room, but we said if you sort it out, it will be ok. They cleaned the room straight away, and replaced the ceiling tiles the next day. We could not fault them on it. Breakfast was very nice, and comfortable bed. A bit dated, but just like a lot of other places. Will stay again."
