“It was one of my best experiences staying at Ampelos!! Manos is such a gem. Even before we met him, he's been so helpful, with giving tips on how to reach the apartment, and offers to book for transfers. He also gave us a lot of recommendations on where to visit and what to eat. All the restaurants he recommended are not tourist traps and reasonably priced for Santorini. The location is a bit hard to get to if you don't have a car as you have to walk on the narrow road after the bus. But after...

“Hotel's staffs are very kind and helpful even before i staying. Sanding me an email and prepared room earlier and upgrade the room. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Of course veiw in the room also wonderful and romantic.”

“I guess this hotel is managed by a family and there seems a certain time a son (?) is working and he is the only one who can communicate in English? Whenever I tried to call, it is hard to communicate since he is out of office. Other than this issue, everything was okay.”

“The rooms offer splendid view of the ocean. The cab driver told me that locals consider either Oia or Akritori to be more beautiful than Fira. He was right! Simply gorgeous!! Breakfast was nice, you can choose from a lot of different offerings (you fill out a form the night before). The employees were really really nice trying to accommodate and help in every way they could. Wonderful experience overall.”
