“Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend.”

“Stayed here 3 nights in the new wings. Highly recommended for tourists who like to visit Georgetown city core, Walkable to everywhere except to the beaches in Batu Ferringhi. Automated tower Parking is included the suite room. ”

“Check-in and check-out was seamlessly fast and efficient. Room is clean. Overall property is clean and very good service staff in the entire property in particular Dhur and Joe. They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall”
