“This is a nice sized hotel well located near eating and shopping (walking distance). Our room was nice and clean but had water damage on the wall in the bathroom. Wallpaper was bubbling off the wall. Restaurant food was very good. Indoor pool area was nice and courtyard area was relaxing. Front desk staff were professional and courteous, especially Sara who made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel. ”

“Cabin, tiny mobile home, was clean however sleeper sofa was in bad condition and there were only two single mattresses in the loft area so was not comfortable for a family of five. Additionally there was not enough chairs, table only had four chairs and only the sofa to sit on. Fellow campers not friendly nor was the employees that worked there. Had a miniature golf course but was in poor condition. Stayed here because thought it was close to Gettysburg when in reality it was about a 30...

“The property was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. I stayed for one night and to be honest I didnt expect this facility to be updated and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was better than some of the franchise hotels that I've visted. I do plan on visting again. ”

“i asked for 1st floor king size bed ( smoking ) ended up getting 2nd floor king size bed ( no smoking ) my wife has bad knees & she had to climb the steps. also fridge had mold on inside of door, more mold than you want to see...all they had to do was wipe it down. ”

“This was a great place to stay for a night! We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (though we had a hard time figuring out where to check in). The fridge in our room was loud but the ac helped to drown out the noise. There weren't many amenities (no breakfast or lounge area, no pool or exercise room) but the facility itself was nice and overall a comfortable place to stay.”

“The property is very small (maximum of 6 guests), and is essentially a renovated old farmhouse. That’s what makes it so quaint and unique, plus it’s very quiet. The host is extremely friendly, and since it’s a B&B we had a really nice breakfast cooked for us in the morning. The only downside (thankfully we didn’t run into this issue) is that the two “standard” rooms share a bathroom. I feel like this should be stated VERY clearly and up front in the listing. I certainly don’t want to pay $100 ...
