The room appeared to be clean but had a very strong ammonia odor. The staff members were excellent! Angel and Danielle put on a great breakfast and they both had great personalities. Modesta at the check in desk was also very friendly and knowledgeable concerning the local area for places to eat. I could have given 5 stars but the non english speaking occupant in room 219 was very loud and inconsiderate slamming the door to the room at least 20 times up until about midnight.

The staff was great from beginning to end. I rented a two bedroom suite for myself and my parents close to the hospital where my mom was having open heart surgery the next morning so she could be comfortable and not worry about an hour and a half commute from my parents home to the hospital in the morning. The room was clean but the amenities offered were lacking. The TV in the common area between the two bedrooms didn’t work, the refrigerator in the mini kitchen was making such a loud noise that maintenance decided to turn off the circuit breaker to shut it down which took out power at a number of outlets in the common area. Even the pool was closed due to maintenance. The breakfast in the morning was ok but the WiFi wasn’t the best and I was unable to work via laptop due to firewall security issues. So all in all, for what I paid, it wasn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t amenities if you can’t really use them. Staff was great though, very friendly and courteous.
