"Decent 3-star hotel. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed is comfortable, although the furniture and decoration looks dated. Main cons: noisy from the street, rooms are not soundproof and the quality of foods served at breakfast (although ok variety) could be a bit better."

"Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great - very close to duomo and shopping, but far enough off the beaten path to not be crowded/loud. The terrace is a really nice place to sit in the shade and relax during the day. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. AC was lovely to have as the outside temperature started to climb."

"This was the perfect place for our one night in Florence. Can’t beat the location just down the street from the Duomo. We got tickets to climb the Campanile first thing in the morning and walked back to have our hotel breakfast after, it was so convenient. Parking at the nearby recommended garage worked well - other than the general terror of driving in downtown Florence which can’t be helped. Hotel staff was very helpful.
