Wow, really loved our stay. Hotel was classic, clean, safe, convenient to everywhere. The breakfast was excellent. My hat off to all the staff, they were all kind and helpful. After a long day, I came down to the bar and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and chatted with some other travelers who were also enjoying their stay. Will stay here again next time I’m in Florence.

We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our trip. A really thoughtful touch that we loved was the ginger lemon water at the reception—it was so refreshing to enjoy every day after coming back from our excursions!The breakfast provided was good and tasted fresh, though it did have somewhat limited options. Overall, it's a wonderful, clean base for exploring Florence and we would recommend it!

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. But overall disappointed with the hotel. The rooms were very small and dated. Our room had cobwebs up in the corner. Blankets on the bed were weird and more like a curtain than a blanket. Location was conveniently by the train station and very close to the doume/city center. But I don’t think I’d ever stay there again.

The hotel was located close to many of the shops and restaurants. The street had a lot of traffic, but was still quite walkable A walk to the train station was about seven minutes, which was great. The shower was difficult getting in notice because if we’re located in a bathtub, I was about 2 feet off the ground so consider that if you have any mobility issues. All in all it was a good deal.

This is a small,well-located hotel within walking distance of many famous sights, restaurants and grocery stores, and the SMN Station. Friendly, multilingual staff. Lovely buffet breakfast available, plus a small bar for evening drinks. There is a small (but not tiny!) elevator.
