The room was well appointed with a safe and a fridge. Staff was very helpful, arranging taxi rides, answering questions, holding my luggage, and adding a night to my reservation. No hassles.

The property was fairly close to the main city of Florence with a bus stop just blocks away. The room was a bit small and down a hall next to the front desk but it alright. Air conditioned struggled a bit and deck upstairs was a bit run down. Staff was very nice.
