Good stay, great location!

This hotel is in an amazing, amazing area! I stayed here for one night on the way to a workshop and it was perfect as it was in a central location (steps from the leather market and central market) and also near the train station. Nycolas was very friendly and greeted me with a map and some lovely food recommendations. The noise outside did start very early with the set up of the leather market, which didn't impact me as I needed to be up very early to depart, but for those staying for vacation it might have an impact.

The place was clean and in a very very central location. Check in was a bit complex, especially when arriving late at night. Although it's true the owner sent a video on how to open the 3 locks in the building, when you travel you don't always have time to check videos online and you just want to get in in a simple way. Also bathroom was private but external to the bedroom so a bit unconventient.

This property consists of 4 separate rooms (with separate bathrooms) with a shared kitchen. Overall it is was a comfortable stay with basic amenities. Communication was all digital and there was no reception. Door codes are given for the main door and lock boxes are in the communal area for door keys. The rooms are on the same street as street markets so noise from the markets can be heard until they close for the night.

It was our second time at Residenza Martin. The updates they made were great choices! It's an excellent location - right on the leather market and 10 minute walk to the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Localização perfeita, do lado do mercato centrale, muito próximo à estação SMN (500m) e aos principais pontos turísticos (20min no máximo). Quarto amplo, limpo, cama confortável! Água aquecida e wifi funcionaram muito bem!

CP值很高的地方

中央市場就在旁邊。離車站走路約5分鐘。樓下是皮飾街。走路到河邊大約10分鐘。但是不建議走路到米開朗基羅廣場，實在有點小遠，對台灣人來說，建議坐公車上去，山上有12號和13號公車站牌。有免費咖啡可以自行取用喔！

밬에서 도로변인데 너무 시킁러워 잠을 잘수없고 엘리베이터도 없고 매니저도 상시 대기않고 짐을 높은계단을 손수 다 끌어올림. 위험한지역이었으며 화장실이 외부이고 샤워룸이너무작아 남편은 샤워도못함 최앜의 호텔이었네요

Great location, comfy rooms. Air conditioning worked very well. The out of room, shared bathroom was the only less comfortable thing but really not a big deal at all. The host had a plethora of good information for us upon check in. Highly recommend!

Small B&B, had to communicate several times so they could meet us with keys but all ended up good. They were there to meet us so it worked out. Room had adequate beds and private bath was decent for the space. We only stayed one night but slept well enough. Lots of noise from both others in the B&B and street.

산타마리아노벨라역이랑 걸어서 5분? 거리이고 피렌체대성당도 걸어서 10분정도거리입니다 번화가까지 매우가깝고 근처에 마트도 많습니다 문열고나가면 바로앞에 가죽시장이있구요 위치상으론 좋습니다 취사도 가능하고 매일청소도 해주어서 좋았습니다 단점이라면 밖에 소음들이 방음 정말 안되여.. 노래부르는소리 별소리 다들리더라구여 매일.. 그외엔 다 좋았습니당

Florence in two days

We had a clean comfortable room with private bath. Excellent location above the marketplace. Very close to the train station and easy walking distance to everything important in Florence. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Ich war den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Florenz ist super, hat sehr viel Kunst und Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Abend guten Restaurants und Bar. 3/4 Geschäften verkaufen gleiche Lederwahre. Verstehe nicht wie. Sie überleben können.

Good location but super noisy area

We stayed there for a couple of nights, the place was ok, clean enough but our window was facing the leather market street. It is super noisy almost until 11 pm and then you get the city cleaning truck around midnight. Then again at 5 am they will start setting the leather market again so you basically get 4-5 hours of sleep without counting the people coming out of bars late at night. The good part of the residence is the proximity to the train station and tourist places to see, it is all walking distance. The person in staff seemed to be very moody and annoyed when we asked her a couple questions through the phone. Other than that, I dont have much to say.

Good value for early risers.

Great location. Close to station and great eating options. We had a room that overlooks the street so the market setting up every morning from 6am may bother some. Tiny bathroom but manageable. House keeping took one of the towels after first night and didn’t replace. Would definitely stay again.
