The main advantage is the location - in the middle of Hanoi old town and just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions night market, lantern street, train street, Hoan kiem lake. "This place within 100meters of atleast 2 Michelin (food) recommended places. Also the softest beds we have found in South East Asia! The service of the hotel amazing. We arrived very late (after our original other hotel booking was a disaster, had to find a place very late at night). Ms Hang took us happily in, guided us where to get this good food at such late hour, gave an amazing, tidy, Western standards room. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. "The premier rooms are wonderful. City views. I was surprise that the rooftop infinity pool was so large with gorgeous Hanoi skyline views. The front desk staff is awesome. I spent 3 nights in regular room, so worth it for the price but no views. I was OK with it, then I like the hotel so much I decided to upgrade to premier room and pay the different for two additional nights. I like the neighbored as lots of high quality cafes and restaurants without the international tourists. I've been coming...
