Basic but lovely. The hosts are amazing. They looked after our things when we went off for various tours and were willing to help us wherever we needed it. The hotel is in a prime spot in The Old Quarter. Cafes, restaurants, pubs and shopping all within very close walking distance. Would highly recommend if you’re not bothered about luxury but about safety and being in amongst the action.

What a nice and helpful staff. Big thanks to Lucy who made sure we had such a good time during our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the old quarter and close to everything you need as a tourist: to see and experience the city. The hotel was not in the best condition but the hygiene was top notch, clinically clean.

We only stayed the one night as a transition to Ha Long Bay. Shower was a good size, however there was a small worm(leech?) in the bathroom sink in the morning that we suspect came up from the drain. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and our room had an additional single bed that we did not use it was just 2 of us.

Nice mini hotel in an excellent location, 3 mins walk to the church and 5mins to Hoan Kiem lake. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I booked a big room so the size is spacious, good WiFi and lovely staff. I would stay here again.
