"The premier rooms are wonderful. City views. I was surprise that the rooftop infinity pool was so large with gorgeous Hanoi skyline views. The front desk staff is awesome. I spent 3 nights in regular room, so worth it for the price but no views. I was OK with it, then I like the hotel so much I decided to upgrade to premier room and pay the different for two additional nights.
