"We arrived at 8am and left our luggage. When we checked in at 7pm. There was a line and only 1 person working. We repeatedly asked for someone to retrieve our luggage. It took over 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a nice experience. "

"The only thing was the electricity was out for 4.5 hrs. They let us know before we checked in and that it was a schedule maintenance outage. "

"The hot water for the shower never really got hot. I had it all the way up and was only able to take a slightly warm shower. Apparently the equipment to heat up the water can’t keep up with the amount of rooms in the hotel. Otherwise everything else was great. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, though the hallways smelled musty. Room was in good condition. "

"It’s a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Looks like they tried but we’re cheap about it. "

"It was nice, the only reason for the 4 stars is that while we were all sleeping the fire alarm went off because one of the patrons burned popcorn in their room. The alarm of course was ear piercing but it took about 30 minutes for the alarm to be reset. In the meantime all of the patrons were waiting out in the cold. No one explained why we were in the lobby or outside. Why the fire alarm went off. The patron of the room came out to the lobby and was surprised to see all of the other patrons...
